Colour: Powerful ruby red
Aroma: It fascinates with its delicate fruity flavour - raspberry, cherry, pickled strawberry, interwoven with a fine mint. Then it becomes more floral - orange blossom and roses support its feminine character.
Flavour: It also remains slender when drunk. The longer the Pinot stands in the glass, the more its spices, such as laurel and juniper, develop.

Food pairing: Whether with pasta all'arrabiata, chilli con carne, ossobucco or saddle of venison with pepper sauce - a great food companion!
