Aroma: Very intense - dark chocolate, wild berries without end and black cherries. Roasted mocha beans and spices, leather notes and a delicate smokiness make it even more complex.
Flavour: It is characterised by fine fruit with wild berries. Its tannins give it length with plenty of grip and a peppery finish.
Drinking temperature: 18° C
Food pairing: A wonderful accompaniment to fillet of beef or game dishes.
