2019 SILVANER

Maturation: matured in steel tanks

Alcohol content: 14,8 %

Colour: Powerful yellow gold

Aroma: It immediately shows its high grape ripeness - which gives it a charming, sweet mellowness. The aromas are reminiscent of dried fruit - apricots with candied oranges - and maple syrup. 

Flavour: When drunk, it is dry, the fruit remains. As it sits in the glass, the flavour becomes increasingly spicy, nutty and salty.

Drinking temperature: 8° C

Food pairing: A perfect accompaniment to cheese - whether white mould, red smear or hard cheese - but also to fried slices of veal liver ‘Berliner Art’.
